Delete your account and data – Boxing Day Shop

You can ask us at any time to delete your account and your data at Boxing Day Shop (the Boxing Day Shop app and our online store boxingday.shop).

How to do it:

1. Send an e-mail to support@boxingday.shop with the subject “Delete account”. Please write from the same e-mail address you use to shop with us.
2. You can also send your request through our contact form: https://boxingday.shop/pages/contact (write “Delete account” in your message). In the app, you can use Account › Contact us.
3. We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted: your account, saved addresses and contact details.

What is kept: order information and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires (normally 5 years) and are then deleted.
